The Board are now seeking an exceptional healthcare leader with the board-level experience and the personal credibility to contribute to a high-performing senior team in this complex clinically-led organisation as we develop within a changing local, regional and national context. With a track record of successful leadership and experience of working at board level, you will be expected to contribute across the full breadth of the corporate agenda, as well as bringing highly visible leadership to nursing and midwifery colleagues and fostering a culture which values continuing personal development and that empowers staff to achieve excellence in the delivery of patient care.
As the Trust’s lead Director for Infection Prevention and Control you will develop strategies to ensure effective infection prevention and control and prevent avoidable healthcare associated infections. You will also line manage the Hotel Services Director and Estates Director. We are a values-led organisation and our PROUD values support us in all our work. The role will report to our new Chief Executive who we anticipate will be involved in the latter stages of this recruitment
